Negotiated frame_max = 4096 is lower than the minimum allowed value (8192) #791
Description
RabbitMQ 4.1.0 changed the minimum frame_max value to 8,192. Versions of amqplib before 0.10.6 defaulted this to 4,096 and are therefore incompatible with RabbitMQ 4.1.0 and above. If you see this error please update amqplib.
