Force InOb polyfill for all {root: document} observers in Safari
Fix longstanding <textarea> bug: Fix <textarea> scrollHeight calculation amphtml#32292. Root cause appears to be a bug in Chromium
Wrote design doc for cloudflare worker optimizer as well as created a prototype
Iterating on AMP Compiler doc
