Create a virtual Python environment:
python3 -m venv ~/loeric-env
Activate it:
source ~/loeric-env/bin/activate
Install the library portaudio:
sudo apt install portaudio19-dev # debian
sudo dnf install portaudio # fedora
brew install portaudio #mac
