Fixes #82.

Draft for:

• update requirements to specify new qtpy version with cli extra
• remove forced zip installation of qtpy
• update requirements to specify new PyQt5-stubs version
• remove forced zip installation of PyQt5-stubs

Stalled on:

• PR: Support mypy spyder-ide/qtpy#217
  • Switched to qts.
• Add pyqtBoundSignal.signal: str python-qt-tools/PyQt5-stubs#51
• Improve bound and unbound signal hints python-qt-tools/PyQt5-stubs#56
• Slots can return any object python-qt-tools/PyQt5-stubs#57
• Use TypeVar to help with QObject.findChild[ren]() python-qt-tools/PyQt5-stubs#58
• QGuiApplication.lastWindowClosed is a signal not a method python-qt-tools/PyQt5-stubs#59
• QMessageBox expects "StandardButtons" and fails python-qt-tools/PyQt5-stubs#108
