Add some more URLs to render GOV.UK Chat promo on

[jackbot]

We want to show the Chat promo banner on some more pages to help funnel more users in.

These URLs cover some new document types:

• detailed_guide
• document_collection
• form
• guidance
• policy_paper

Each of those document types renders with the _sidebar_navigation.html.erb partial which is where we render the promo, so no additional views need changing.

Below are screenshots of each of those new document types with mobile/deskop before/after the rendering of the promo.
