Signing up for updates on 'Local Sponsorship Scheme for Ukraine' is currently only possible by setting up an Account, which requires a UK phone number to set up. This is currently causing issues to users, so we drop this in favour of adding a sign-up link to the related topical event as part of the content (https://www.gov.uk/email-signup?link=/government/topical-events/russian-invasion-of-ukraine-uk-government-response)

Remove the content id for 'Local Sponsorship Scheme for Ukraine' from the single page notification exemption list. The exemption was added here: #2391 However, the page has now been unpublished with a redirect.

Remove the content id for 'Local Sponsorship Scheme for Ukraine' from the single page notification exemption list. The exemption was added here: #2391 However, the page been unpublished with a redirect. So the original page was: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/local-sponsorship-scheme-for-ukraine But it is now redirecting to: https://homesforukraine.campaign.gov.uk/
