Docs-only: four markdown files, no executable path touched. I chased the page's checkable claims to their sources rather than reading the diff — every one I could verify held.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | Point-in-time evidence — the "In review" table and the In review. status notes are a snapshot nothing re-measures, and the llms plugin's includeOrder glob for the guides tree publishes it into /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt as current fact. Move the evidence to the issue and link it. |
docs/docs/guides/distribution.md:61 |
| 2 | 🔵 Advisory | Correctness | Two rows are marked Automatic while their own cell names a by-hand action, against the legend above the table ("with nothing from us"), and neither appears in a "What goes stale" bullet. Since bestax-mcp/CLAUDE.md and skills/CLAUDE.md both say to update "the Manual listings", a start-command change followed literally misses Glama's Dockerfile. |
docs/docs/guides/distribution.md:26 |
| 3 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | Nothing enforces this page. Three prose pointers are the entire mechanism — no conformance rule reads it, no link checker exists in the repo, and gen:skills plus conformance gate a new skill's docs page and sidebar entry without mentioning it. |
CLAUDE.md:175 |
| 4 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | Third-party internals restated and unverifiable here: Glama's Auto-Release trigger and @latest install, its version labelling, ClawHub's MIT-0 republishing, skills.sh listing from installs. docs/CLAUDE.md asks a guide not to re-derive a third party's internals. |
docs/docs/guides/distribution.md:32 |
| 5 | 🔵 Advisory | Correctness | "every registry, plugin marketplace, directory and curated list that carries Bestax" is unfalsifiable by construction — a third party can list the package without telling anyone — and docs/CLAUDE.md warns that "every" is one counterexample from false. Dropping "every" leaves the sentence true. |
docs/docs/guides/distribution.md:10 |
Overall: Sound, and unusually well-sourced for a page of this kind — I spot-checked ten of its per-entry claims against the actual submitted diffs and found no error, and every PR and issue link sits on the right side of the Listed / In-review split today. The riskiest part is not correctness but durability: the page is a hand-maintained snapshot wired into the published LLM index, with three prose pointers and zero machine checks holding it together. If you read one thing, read advisory #2 — the Automatic / Manual column is the part the CLAUDE.md pointers make load-bearing, and Glama sits on the wrong side of it for a start-command change.
Residual risk:
- The
mcp-registry.ymlreference resolving. Refuted for the merged state: the file is absent from this branch (based onb9d5f883) but present onmain, fetched via the contents API, and its pinned publisher version and SHA-256 match the "bump by hand" claim. Worth mergingmainin before squashing so the branch's own tree agrees with its prose. - A
fragile-proseescape. Refuted:Build and Testis green on this SHA, and the scanner'sguidepattern set — counts, long bare run ids, line references — runs over the guides tree with the migration guides as the only exclusion, so this page is in scope and clean. - A listing drifting with no signal. Open, and inherent to the approach — see advisories #1 and #3. The open submissions are the shortest-lived facts on the page, and nothing in CI notices when one merges or closes.
- A start-command or "what it offers" change missing a row. Open — advisory #2. The "What goes stale" bullets cover a new major and what the server offers, but no bullet covers how it starts, which the root
CLAUDE.mdpointer explicitly sends the reader there for. - Executable residual risk: none identified. The diff adds no shell, jq, workflow logic, source or test — four markdown files only — so there is no code path for the addressed failure class to recur in.
🏄 Mellow docs set, dude — someone actually paddled out and checked every listing instead of just writing them down, and they all came back clean. Only thing bobbing out there is that this is a hand-waxed board with no auto-check keeping it shiny, so it will want a once-over now and then. Good to go. 🤙

Add a guide that lists every registry, plugin marketplace, directory and curated list carrying Bestax, marks which ones only change when someone updates them by hand, and says which repo changes make them stale. The root, skills and bestax-mcp CLAUDE.md files point to it, so a change that renames a skill, alters the MCP server or moves a package also checks the listings that copy those facts.

| 1 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | Point-in-time evidence — move it to the issue and link it. The 26-row “In review” table and the In review. status cells are a snapshot nothing re-measures, and the guides/* glob in the llms plugin republishes them in /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt as current fact; docs/CLAUDE.md puts dated evidence on the issue and only the link in the guide. |
docs/docs/guides/distribution.md:64 |
| 2 | 🔵 Advisory | Correctness | Context7 is the row the new Mixed value was invented for and did not get it: still Automatic (“picks up releases or the repo with nothing from us”) while its own cell says to refresh it from the Context7 dashboard. Glama moved; this is the remaining instance of the same shape. The Planned table also uses a fourth value, Unknown, that the legend does not define. |
docs/docs/guides/distribution.md:29 |
| 3 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | Nothing enforces this page. Three prose pointers are the whole mechanism — no conformance rule reads it, there is no link checker in the repo, and gen:skills plus conformance gate the docs page and sidebar entry for a new skill without mentioning the listings. A listing that 404s, or a skill rename that never reaches ClawHub, fails nothing. |
CLAUDE.md:176 |
| 4 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | Third-party internals restated and unverifiable from the repo: the Glama Auto-Release trigger, its bestax-mcp@latest install and its own version labelling, MIT-0 republishing on ClawHub, skills.sh listing from npx skills add installs. docs/CLAUDE.md asks a guide not to re-derive the internals of a third party; the Codemod row additionally restates the steps CONTRIBUTING.md owns, which the stale bullet already points at. |
docs/docs/guides/distribution.md:27 |
| 5 | 🔵 Advisory | Correctness | For the maintainer, not the fix agent — this is the PR body, which neither of us can edit. The body says the page “lists every registry, plugin marketplace, directory and awesome list that carries Bestax”. The page itself was corrected to the honest form (“we know carry Bestax”); the body still claims a completeness a third party can break without telling anyone. Dropping “every” leaves it true. | PR description |
Overall: Sound, and the newest three commits are the good kind of docs change — each moves a row from planned to live only after the mechanism actually ran, and I confirmed both of those runs. The Mixed legend value CodeRabbit asked for is a real improvement, and the “how it starts” bullet an earlier pass found missing is now there. The riskiest part is not correctness but durability: this is a hand-maintained snapshot wired into the published LLM index, with three prose pointers and zero machine checks behind it. If you read one row, read #1 — those 26 open-PR rows are the shortest-lived facts on bestax.io; #2 is the one small inconsistency left inside the new legend.
Residual risk:
- A listing status going stale with no signal. Open, and inherent to the approach — rows #1 and #3. Refuted only for today: every Listed PR is merged and every In-review PR is open as of this pass, and nothing in CI will notice the day one of them flips.
- A
fragile-proseor broken-anchor escape. Refuted:Build and Testis green on this SHA, so the guides-tree scanner ran over the page clean, andBuild preview siteis green withonBrokenAnchorsset to throw, which is what proves#what-goes-staleresolves. - A “What goes stale” bullet missing a trigger. Refuted for the two cases I could test from the submitted diffs: no list entry carries a component count, so no “adding a component” bullet is missing, and the one entry that states a skill count —
claude-skills-collection#57, “Seven skills” — is named in the skills bullet, which correctly omits the entries naming no skill. - A listing link that 404s, or an entry that changed after submission. Open and unverifiable from here: this session has no network egress, so Glama, ClawHub, skills.sh, Context7, cursor.directory and the registry URLs were checked for internal consistency and against the repo-side mechanism only, never fetched. Row #3 is why nothing else will check them either.
- Executable residual risk: none identified. The diff is four markdown files — no shell, no jq, no workflow logic, no source, no test — so there is no code path for the addressed failure class to recur in, and the infra lens has no surface here.
🏄 Clean set, dude. Somebody actually paddled out to every break, checked the water, and only called the ones that were really firing — the registry and codemod runs both went through, so those “it is live” calls are legit. The board is still hand-waxed with no auto-shine, and that In-review lineup will shift with the tide, but it is good to go. 🤙
The page's statuses are a snapshot, and the llms plugin would serve them to agents as current fact, so it stays on the site but out of llms.txt and llms-full.txt. Context7 is marked Mixed, the legend defines Unknown, and the Codemod row points at CONTRIBUTING.md instead of repeating its steps.

Fresh pass on ed3aca4. The newest commit moves this PR off docs-only: docs/docusaurus.config.js now carries executable config, so I built the site and read the artifacts rather than reasoning about the option. | 1 | 🟡 Minor | Correctness | The exclusion drops the per-page .md twin too, so /docs/guides/distribution.md 404s — while the LLMs guide still promises "a table of contents linking every doc page", "the entire documentation concatenated", and "Every page is also served as clean Markdown at <page>.md", and tells the reader to fetch pages that way. docs/CLAUDE.md states the same twin-per-page contract. Those rows ship inside /llms-full.txt. |
docs/docusaurus.config.js:150 |
| 2 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | The exclusion is one-channel by design: the page is still HTML at /docs/guides/distribution, linked from the guides sidebar and listed in sitemap.xml. An agent that browses the site or a crawler still reads the statuses as current fact — the stated rationale is met for llms.txt consumers only, not for the risk as described. |
docs/docusaurus.config.js:147 |
| 3 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | ignoreFiles is a hardcoded docs-relative path with no failure mode. Move or rename the page — guides/distribution/index.md the day it grows a category — and the pattern stops matching silently, quietly re-admitting it to the index. warnOnIgnoredFiles is unset and in any case warns about extensions, not unmatched patterns; no conformance rule reads this config. Inverse of the risk docs/CLAUDE.md already names for page moves. |
docs/docusaurus.config.js:150 |
| 4 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | Point-in-time evidence — carried forward and now narrower. The "In review" table and the In review. status cells are a snapshot nothing re-measures; the exclusion removes the agent-facing half of the objection, not the staleness. Still the shortest-lived facts on bestax.io, and nothing in CI notices when one flips. |
docs/docs/guides/distribution.md:64 |
| 5 | 🔵 Advisory | Correctness | docs/CLAUDE.md records "The library comparison page is the one guide that shows dated data, and only through its component, which the index strips". This PR adds a second snapshot guide, kept out by a different mechanism, and updates neither that sentence nor the LLM-pipeline section to mention ignoreFiles — leaving the next author (and CodeRabbit, which reads it) a contract that no longer describes the pipeline. |
docs/CLAUDE.md:25 |
| 6 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | Third-party internals restated and unverifiable from inside the repo: Glama's Auto-Release trigger, its bestax-mcp@latest install and its own version labelling; ClawHub's MIT-0 republishing; skills.sh listing from npx skills add installs; the Context7 dashboard refresh. docs/CLAUDE.md asks a guide not to re-derive a third party's internals. Carried forward — partly addressed, since the Codemod row now points at CONTRIBUTING.md instead of repeating its steps. |
docs/docs/guides/distribution.md:27 |
| 7 | 🔵 Advisory | Robustness | Nothing enforces the page. Prose pointers in the three CLAUDE.md files are the whole mechanism — no conformance rule reads it, there is no link checker in the repo, and gen:skills plus conformance gate a new skill's docs page and sidebar entry without mentioning the listings. A listing that 404s, or a skill rename that never reaches ClawHub, fails nothing. |
CLAUDE.md:176 |
Overall: Sound, and the response to the last two passes was the right shape — Mixed added and applied, Unknown defined, the Codemod row delegated to CONTRIBUTING.md, the PR body's "every" dropped. The riskiest part is no longer the prose: ignoreFiles is the first executable line in this PR, and it cuts deeper than the comment says, taking the per-page .md twin with the index entry. Start with #1 — one of the sentences it falsifies is an instruction the LLMs guide tells agents to follow, and that sentence is itself served in /llms-full.txt. Then weigh #2: if the concern is agents reading snapshot statuses as fact, the HTML page and the sitemap entry are still open.
Residual risk:
- The page re-entering the LLM index unnoticed. Open — row #3. Refuted for today only: I built the site and confirmed
llms.txthas zero hits and no.mdtwin is emitted. Nothing re-checks that, so a rename or adocsDirchange reverses it with every gate green. - The exclusion missing a channel. Not refuted, recorded as #2:
sitemap.xmland the HTML route still carry the statuses, and theguides/*entry inincludeOrderwould re-admit the page the moment the pattern stopped matching. - Other pages caught by the pattern. Refuted: traced
shouldIgnoreFile'smatchBase: true— it applies only to slash-free patterns — and confirmed against the build that the sibling guides all still have their.mdtwins andllms.txtentries. - A
fragile-proseor broken-anchor escape on the new page. Refuted:Build preview siteis success on this SHA withonBrokenLinks/onBrokenAnchorsset to throw, my local build exits 0, andid="what-goes-stale"is present in the built HTML, which is what proves the in-page link resolves.Build and Test(which runscheck:conformance, includingfragile-proseover the guides tree and everyCLAUDE.md) was still in progress at review time — worth a glance before merge, since this commit edits prose the scanner reads. - A "What goes stale" bullet missing a trigger. Refuted for the cases testable from in-repo evidence in the earlier passes (no list entry carries a component count; the one entry stating a skill count is named in the skills bullet), and unchanged by this commit.
- A listing link that 404s, or an entry that changed after submission. Open and unverifiable from here — no network egress this session, so every third-party URL was checked for internal consistency and against the repo-side mechanism only, never fetched. Row #7 is why nothing else will check them either.
🏄 Config's dialed, dude — paddled out, built the whole thing, and the page really does stay on the beach while staying out of the robots' lineup. Only thing is the guide next door still shouting "every page, every page" when one just ducked out the back — drop a couple of "every"s and this one's cruising. 🤙
Excluding it also dropped its .md twin, which made the LLMs guide's every-page promises false. Those promises matter more than keeping one page's statuses out of the index.

Deep review (verify) — 1 resolved · 0 open
| No. | Severity | Area | Thread | Outcome | Location |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 🟡 Minor | Correctness | LLM-index exclusion falsified three every-page guarantees in the LLMs guide | ✅ Verified fixed — resolved | docs/docusaurus.config.js:147 |
What I checked: 27bae45 deletes the ignoreFiles entry for guides/distribution.md rather than reworking the prose — the opposite direction from the fix I suggested, and the stronger one. A fresh build on this SHA reports 149 documents processed (148 under the exclusion), docs/build/docs/guides/distribution.md is emitted, llms.txt:19 links /docs/guides/distribution.md, and llms-full.txt:17 carries the Distribution and Listings heading. The "every doc page" / "entire documentation" / "Every page is also served" rows in docs/docs/guides/llms/index.md and the docs/CLAUDE.md:25 twin contract are all true again, and the "Fetch a single page" instruction on line 21 no longer leads to a 404.
Overall: This pass settled the one open thread and reviewed no commits — a fresh review is what reads the current code end to end. The fix is a clean revert with no leftover state: ignoreFiles appears nowhere in docs/docusaurus.config.js, so there is no half-applied exclusion to trip over later. Nothing is left for the maintainer on this thread.
Residual risk:
- Could the exclusion come back by another route? Refuted — grep finds no
ignoreFileskey anywhere indocs/docusaurus.config.js, and no other plugin option in the block filters by path (includeOrderandincludeUnmatchedLastreorder, they do not drop). - Snapshot statuses now reach agents via
llms-full.txt. Open, and accepted by the author on the record — it is the trade this revert deliberately makes, choosing a true every-page contract over keeping the live/in-review statuses of one page out of the index. Worth a re-look only if those statuses start drifting.
🏄 Author caught a bigger wave than the one I pointed at — instead of patching the promises down, they paddled back and put the page right in the index where it belongs. Thread is closed out, water is glassy, this one is good to go.

Adds a Distribution page to the guides. It lists the registries, plugin marketplaces, directories and awesome lists we know carry Bestax, and marks which ones update on their own and which need a manual edit.
A "What goes stale" section maps repo changes to the listings they break, like renaming a skill or a new bestax-mcp major.
The root, skills and bestax-mcp CLAUDE.md files now point to it, so those changes get checked against the listings.
