The Minimizer detection is now more optimized allowing the algorithm to cope with polyA/C/T/G-regions better than previously.
Additionally if we find a minimizer_combination to be too abundant we remove it from the list of combinations used for the graph generation as those regions do not help to relate the reads any better.
