If enabled, the current state of the scene will be dumped as an SfMData file every 3 resections. Before this option was added, the intermediate steps were always dumped.

Description
If
logIntermediateStepsis enabled, the current state of the scene will be dumped as an SfMData file every 3 resections. Before this option was added, the intermediate steps were always dumped.This relates to alicevision/AliceVision#1377, which has disabled the dumping of intermediate steps by default and added a new parameter to control it.
