Description
This PR updates the
.clang-formatfile with a greater set of rules and uses it to reformat the src/aliceVision directories. A.git-blame-ignore-revsfile is also added and initialized with the reformatting commit from this PR as well as some previous commits dedicated to reformatting and cleaning-up.
