将nacos-1.3.0作为配置中心，按照规范约定的格式进行配置，spring boot 获取不到对应的属性，而在nacos-1.2.1同样的配置可以

只升级server就有这个问题了？ 具体sdk和server侧有什么异常没

先用单机+外置数据库的模式吧
