Offer 32 bit builds

Especially in poor countries / 3rd world countries, people still use 32 bit computers a lot. These markets are especially interesting for cryptocurrencies like Spectrecoin, because they offer an alternative electronic payment method that is internationally compatible, outside of the established banking system which is often not available in these countries.

For this reason we should also offer 32 bit builds for Windows along with the 64 bit builds.
