This PR adds the deprecated tag in the JSDoc to the algod v1 client. The older transaction format has already been marked with the deprecated tag in a previous PR in
makeTxn.ts.After "sunsetting" the deprecated code in
algod.jsandmakeTxn.ts, any unit tests and cucumber steps that use them should be deleted as well.
