Summary
In #6397 branch-aware Go mod and build caching was added, with fallback to cache on the master branch. However the nightly workflow wasn't saving the cache for the master branch, because it was not updated to set the cache key prefixes. This allows PRs to pick up a Go cache from the master builds on the first commit of a new PR branch.
