We should file a TODO issue around cleanup of RELEASE_GENESIS_PROCESS, DEFAULT_RELEASE_NETWORK and DEFAULTNETWORK in the build scripts.

Once mainnet goes public, we want installs to default to running against mainnet. TestNet will be a manual process.
