Why\nUsers without a convenient drag source had no discoverable way to attach local images in the composer.\n\n## What changed\nAdded a standard multi-file image picker to the web composer. It accepts GIF, JPEG, PNG, and WebP files, reuses existing validation/compression, allows selecting the same file again, and restores composer focus after selection.\n\n## Verification\n- Web typecheck passed\n- Web lint and formatting passed\n- 2,727 web tests passed\n- Manual external code review was unavailable because the configured opus-review backing module is missing\n- Validation ran under Node 22.23.0; the repository declares Node 24.13.1+
