Users can organize active chats in the left sidebar by dragging rows into a preferred order. The order persists in browser UI state using the existing dnd-kit primitives. Focused proof: 121 sidebar/UI-state tests passed, web typecheck passed, formatting and diff checks passed. Automated opus-review was unavailable because its configured module is missing; direct feature-diff review completed. Implemented by GPT-5.6 Codex harness.
