Proves the CONSUMING half: matrix -> job env -> shell array -> --test-path -> runner argv -> parsed back out. unit_test_runner.py here mirrors the real contract (scope is an option with nargs=+, no positional), so a regression to bare positionals fails exactly as it would in flashinfer.
