This PR implements two key quality improvements to strengthen the project's stability and adhere to engineering standards:

Resolved Astro Check Errors in Content Schema Tests: Updated src/tests/content.config.test.ts to properly resolve functional Astro content schemas using a mock context. This fixes Property 'safeParse' does not exist and 'schema' is possibly 'undefined' errors during npm run check, ensuring type-safe validation of content fixtures.
Adhered to Feature Flag Standards: Modified src/pages/experimental/manifesto.astro to use the 'config' identifier instead of 'index' when retrieving feature flags. This resolves build warnings and aligns with the project's technical standard for feature flag management.

Verification:

npm run format: Pass
npm run lint: Pass
npm run check: Pass (0 errors)
npm run test: Pass (94/94)
npm run build: Pass (0 warnings regarding flags)
Visual verification of manifesto.astro via Playwright confirmed the page still renders correctly with the updated flag identifier.
