Removing the repeated sentence under Approach is the right instinct, since it currently says the intro line again word for word. The replacement goes too far, though.

1. Role inflation (blocking). Every published line on this page says "I worked on" user behavior analytics. The new line says "I led" it. That is a stronger ownership claim than any published fact supports, and the content journal already sets a hard rule against going past published facts. Please keep "worked on".
2. Voice. "Capture product telemetry to inform roadmap strategy" is corporate filler. The rest of the page speaks plainly ("what customers actually do"), and visitors should get the same plain voice here.
3. Journal date. The .Jules/content.md entry is dated 2026-09-15, but the PR opened 2026-10-10. Please use the real date.

A suggested Approach line that stays inside the published facts and doesn't repeat the intro:

I worked on the usage telemetry itself: capturing how customers use IFS Cloud so product teams have that evidence when they plan the roadmap.

Hire path, overlay, chat, and title are all unaffected. No visual surface changes. I have not drafted or merged this PR.

• Drops the "Product Manager, Developer Experience at IFS" role framing.
• Adds a backdated .Jules/content.md row (2026-09-15) for a PR opened 2026-10-10.
