Same shape again: an isolated /experimental/operating-model route behind enable_operating_model (flipped ON), three generic consultant pillar cards ("Developer Friction Reduction / Systemic Platform Consistency / Measurable Product Outcomes") with no evidence of Alexander's own DevEx work, a LinkedIn CTA, and a backdated .Jules/apex.md row (2026-08-30).

Why it fails the bar: visitors learn nothing about Alexander from textbook slogans, it adds a dead experimental route plus a flag, and it is not tied to any spec issue. Any future operating-model content must come from a scored spec issue with Alexander's real IFS DevEx examples, not from Apex.
