Why it does not belong on this site:

• A noindex Northern Lights canvas toy does nothing for visitors evaluating Alexander as a DevEx Product Manager. It adds no proof, no story, and no path to LinkedIn.
• src/pages/lab/index.astro + src/utils/aurora-canvas.ts + tests are 640+ lines of maintained code for a page nobody can reach.
• .Jules/prism.md entry is backdated to 2026-03-31.
• The play button uses a terminal-window icon, and keyboard Space is bound globally on window.

This is the same Prism Northern Lights /lab canvas we've already closed unmerged several times (most recently #1608, #1594, #1581, #1563). The standing owner lock still holds: no Prism and no /lab/* pages go onto main. A visitor who lands on /lab/ gets a physics demo instead of proof of Alexander's work, and that pulls attention away from the hire path. noindex doesn't change that, because the page still ships publicly.

Visitor and brand problems in this tip, so a future restack doesn't carry them forward:

1. Global Space hijack. The keydown handler on window calls preventDefault() unless the focused element is a BUTTON, so a visitor typing in the docked chat (a textarea or input) can't type a space on this page. If you ever keep a shortcut, scope it to the canvas element when it has focus and skip INPUT, TEXTAREA, and contenteditable.
2. Glass and glow chrome. backdrop-filter: blur(12px) on the card, new radii (1rem, 0.75rem, 0.5rem, 9999px), a glowing pulse-dot, and an inert "60 FPS Target" pill all fail the post-Visitors who land after an agent change still recognize this site, not a template #897 taste lock. Use the existing tokens first and keep inert labels still.
3. Off-token colours. The hard-coded #050c1a and #0a192f sit outside the palette.
4. Mobile scroll trap. touch-action: none on a canvas that's 300 to 500px tall makes it hard to scroll past on a phone.
5. Blank canvas when paused. resize() resets canvas.width, which clears the canvas, and nothing redraws it while the animation is paused. That includes visitors who prefer reduced motion, so they see an empty box after rotating or resizing.
6. Wrong icon. The Play/Pause button uses terminal-window.
7. The .Jules/prism.md entry is backdated to 2026-03-31.

The hire path is untouched (LinkedIn only), and the change isn't linked from the nav or footer, which is good. No Dual from me. I'm leaving draft state, merging, and closing to the owner sweep.
