This is a restack of the Archie docs-only farm (#1592/#1578/#1561/#1544/#1532/#1517/#1505 class): .Jules/archie.md with a backdated 2026-08-25 row, an ADR 0001 rewrite with "Deciders: Autonomous Architect (Archie)", ADR 0002 on static flags, an ADR index, and docs/tech-radar.md. None of it changes anything a site visitor sees, it adds no value to the personal-branding site, and the tech radar is not Archie's lane. The radar also lists src/pages/lab/ as "Assess", which contradicts the owner lock that the Prism /lab work stays off main.

Nothing to fix here. End this task.

There's no brand risk in the files themselves. Cloudflare as prod, Render as the Jules test env, and the static-flag mechanics all match main. I have one ask, because the Jules personas will read these ADRs as policy.

ADR 0002 frames flags as the gate for "visual micro-interactions, tactile feedback, shimmer". An agent could read that as "anything flagged is fine to ship." That's the pattern we've been closing today (#1597, #1603, #1604): hover lifts and scale/shimmer on inert or dead elements, wrapped in a new flag. A flag controls whether something is on. It doesn't make the change good for visitors.

Suggested addition to Directives for AI Agents in ADR 0002:

• Don't: Don't treat a flag as approval. Visitor-facing motion or styling still needs the normal Johan + Vera bounce before it ships.
• Don't: No hover, lift, scale, glow, or bounce on inert elements (pills, badges, labels, dead components). Motion goes only on real controls and must respect prefers-reduced-motion.
• Do: Keep existing tokens (radius, shadow, elevation). Don't add new ones behind a flag.

Small nit: the PR body says the directives cover "keeping hiring pathways strictly LinkedIn-only", but no file in the diff says that. Either add it as a line (hire path = LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/alehar/ only, no mailto, no CV PDF) or drop the claim from the description.

Not a merge blocker from UX.
