This PR improves repository quality and type safety by resolving all TypeScript diagnostic errors reported during astro check. Specifically:

Added @types/node to devDependencies to provide type declarations for Node.js APIs (process, node:fs).
Replaced multi-argument DOM .append(...) calls with .appendChild(...) in Chat.astro and Footer.astro to eliminate DOM type collisions with Cloudflare Workers Wrangler global types.
Updated schema evaluation in src/__tests__/content.config.test.ts to support function schemas receiving an Astro schema context.
Removed unused @ts-expect-error directives in astro.config.mjs and hire-analytics.test.ts.
Recorded quality learnings in .Jules/vantage.md.
