Optimizes tabular API column parsing in parseVisitGlance (src/utils/visit-stats.ts) by constructing a pre-computed Record<string, number> hashtable column index map. Replaces repeated O(N) columns.indexOf(key) scans across 12 metric fields with O(1) constant-time property lookups on Cloudflare Workers edge runtimes. Includes new Vitest unit tests in src/utils/visit-stats.test.ts verifying custom header index orderings and fallback behavior.
