Workflow for process time-dependent datasets

This issue involves designing and implementing a workflow that processes temporal datasets for direct input into AutoEmulate.

This will enable seamless handling of temporal datasets following Approach 1 (Regressive Approaches) in #459

We decided to focus on #483 as a way to add spatio-temporal modelling support instead. This was meant as a baseline approach, we can revisit it after #483 if we have a use case for it.
