…and HtmlSanitizer

Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk 18.10.0 and NUnit.Analyzers 4.15.0 from #26. NUnit stays on
3.14: Kentico.Xperience.Core.Tests is compiled against 3.x, which Directory.Packages.props
already says, and the ignore rule meant to enforce it did not work - "versions: [4.x]"
is not how Dependabot expresses this, so the 4.6.1 bump was proposed anyway. Restated
as update-types, which is.

AngleSharp, AngleSharp.Css and HtmlSanitizer now carry the same guard. They are
minimum-version dependencies of the published package, so raising them above what
Xperience already resolves would force every consuming site to follow - see #25.
The reasoning now sits next to the versions instead of only in a commit message.

Looks like these dependencies are no longer being updated by Dependabot, so this is no longer needed.

Holding this one — the bump is safe at build time but changes what the published package asks of consuming sites.

Verified locally on this branch (after dotnet restore --force-evaluate, which the PR needs anyway — see below): AngleSharp 1.8.1 + AngleSharp.Css 1.1.2 build clean and all 555 tests pass, golden CSS-normalisation tests included. So this is not a compatibility failure.

The problem is the nuspec. Since #19 we declare AngleSharp directly, so PackageVersion becomes a minimum-version dependency of the shipped package:

<dependency id="AngleSharp" version="1.8.1" />
<dependency id="AngleSharp.Css" version="1.1.2" />

Kentico.Xperience.Core depends on AngleSharp 1.7.1, so 1.8.1 satisfies it and wins — meaning installing this package into an Xperience site silently upgrades AngleSharp above the version Kentico ships and tests against. We would be imposing that on every consumer to gain nothing: the sanitiser uses stable DOM and CSS APIs that work identically on 1.7.1.

That is the same principle Directory.Packages.props already applies to HtmlSanitizer — "match the version Kentico.Xperience.WebApp already depends on, so nothing new is pulled transitively". It just was not written down for AngleSharp. It is now, in 981d308, along with a Dependabot ignore rule so major and minor bumps stop being proposed; patch updates still are. The right time to move AngleSharp is when Kentico moves it.

Also worth recording: this PR's CI failure was not the bump. Dependabot updates the Direct lock entries but leaves the CentralTransitive block at the bottom of the test project's lock file at the old version, so dotnet restore --locked-mode fails with NU1004. Any grouped NuGet PR here hits it; #24 needed the same --force-evaluate fix before it could merge.

Closing. Reopen if you would rather own the AngleSharp version deliberately — that is a legitimate choice, it just should be a deliberate one.
