Faster tast execution, skeleton creation and Windows build

New, shiny things!

• Cleaner, better and consistent console output
• Execution of all tasks in a Dofile by simply executing do is now possible (and should have from the beginning - whoopsy!)
• do --init creates a Dofile skeleton to work with
• Now with Windows build - tested on Windows 10 1903
