Remote had 1,130 XML documentation placeholders in 591 blocks across 32 files. Document remote actor resolution and ownership, transport and association lifecycle, serialization, discovery, remote testing, and the small Hyperion support API. Preserve useful prose and ground each description in implementation, callers, and contracts. Runtime source, signatures, attributes, nullable directives, ordinary comments, tests, configuration, dependencies, and API approval files remain unchanged.
