Evolution0 is a project to create evolving computer software which self-adapts
to reach a pre-defined goal. Such goals include the ability to break encryption
or find a function which matches a data-set.

Objectives:
 * Have software generate a linear algorithm
 * Have software crack a translation cipher
 * Have software crack a substituation cipher
