Squashes PR #8665 onto release/deepseekv4 ahead of merge to main. PR content: native V4 DSML tool-call parser, V4 reasoning aliases, native V4 prompt formatter (~1229 lines, ports encoding_dsv4.py), auto-selection on model name, per-request thinking toggle, 4 golden encoding fixtures + 7 streaming fixtures, CASE.* taxonomy docs. Includes companion SGLang fixes from #8701 merged into the PR branch.
