docs: remove moved Sweeper integration guide

Summary

• remove the Dynamo Fern copy of the Sweeper integration guide after it moves to AISimulate
• remove the page from Fern navigation and the Dynamo-owned-document integrity set
• redirect the former dev-docs URL to the canonical AISimulate guide
• update Dynamo's compatibility copy of the Sweeper examples to use the canonical cross-repository URL

Why

The guide is part of AISimulate's Sweeper documentation and is now maintained with the standalone package in ai-dynamo/aisimulate#7. Keeping a second manually maintained copy in Dynamo would recreate the ownership and link drift exposed by AISimulate PR #3.

Dependency

Merge after ai-dynamo/aisimulate#7 so the external redirect target exists on ai-dynamo/aisimulate@main.

Impact

Documentation only. The old Dynamo dev-docs URL remains usable through a permanent redirect.

Validation

• targeted pre-commit suite passed, including YAML, docs sync integrity, asset paths, style, codespell, Ruff, and whitespace checks
• exact GitHub Actions Markdown-link checker: 0 broken links across 580 files; 4 pre-existing suspicious-symlink warnings remain non-failing
• python3 docs/fern/scripts/sync_aisimulate_docs.py --check
• Ruby/Psych parse of docs/fern/index.yml and docs/fern/docs.yml
• git diff --check

This PR is no longer needed. The Dynamo Sweeper integration guide remains canonical in this repository; ai-dynamo/aisimulate#7 now fixes the migrated cross-repository references without moving the guide. Closing as superseded.
