README: Added more badges

Problem

• We can easily overlook that some GitHub Action failed or OBS does not build a package

Solution

• Add some more badges to the main README so the failures are more visible
• I made some labels shorter so they take less space as now we have more badges displayed
• For OBS packages it only displays the x86_64 packages, that should be enough, displaying all packages for all architectures would be too much (and if a package fails on x86_64 it usually fails elsewhere too)

Notes

• Switch to the rich diff in the README header to see the rendered badges
