Move D-Bus configuration to /usr/share

Move the D-Bus configuration file to /usr/share/dbus-1/system.d instead of /etc/....

comment #9 on bsc#1202059:

the D-Bus XML configuration is installed into
/etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.opensuse.DInstaller.conf, there is an effort to
move all these configuration files to /usr/share/dbus-1/system.d instead. We
should not add new packages with the old path in use.
