One example where the Docker socket is not under /var/run/docker.sock is Github Actions Runner Controller DinD (c.f. https://docs.github.com/en/actions/hosting-your-own-runners/managing-self-hosted-runners-with-actions-runner-controller/deploying-runner-scale-sets-with-actions-runner-controller#using-docker-in-docker-mode)
This change should enable this action to run with ARC.
