Bump yaml, stylelint and stylelint-config-standard

Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml), [stylelint](https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint) and [stylelint-config-standard](https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint-config-standard). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `yaml`
