Added script to compare files across adafruit repos

This is the first time in a while I've documented a file like this. However, I do think it looks way better than the way I was previously doing

I don't know if this would be the same thing, but I clone https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Bundle and keep it up to date. Then I search inside it with ag (like grep -r but better and faster).

@dhalbert That's a good point. The reason I found doing it with this script easier than something like that is that this script outputs them in a format that's really easy to read through and similarly easy to be used by another script or by a user manually using the output for something.
