Pull Request Overview
This PR adds deprecation badges to macOS 13 and macOS 13 Arm64 runners in the README documentation to align with GitHub's announced deprecation of Intel Mac runners starting September 1st, 2025.
- Adds red "Deprecated" badges to macOS 13 and macOS 13 Arm64 entries in the runner table
- Maintains consistency with existing deprecation labeling pattern used for Windows Server 2019

Description
I see that the Intel Mac runners are being deprecated, and the process will start on Sept 1st 2025 (so Apologies if I have jumped the gun on this). In the process of updating my workflows, I came to this repo find out what other MacOs options I have. I figured adding the deprecation badge that to the macOS 13 and macOS 13 Arm64 runners would be helpful to others.
