In some locations on LORIS the date fields allow for 6 digits in the year. This happens when there is no maximum year provided to the date element.

driusan pushed a commit that referenced this issue Dec 10, 2024
Changed NDB_Page to have a default maxYear that is set for all date
elements to '9999' if the page does not override that field with its own
dateOptions

* Resolves #9497
