Describe the bug
The title of the "Event Panel" is "Events ". Somehow the   rendered to text instead of html.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Electrophysiology Browser'
  2. Select a session with events (ex: OTT167 on test VM)
  3. Press the "Show Event Panel" button below the series plot
  4. Look at the title of the panel that appears to the right of the series plot.

Changed &nbsp to regular white space so that the Event Panel title renders correctly.

Fixes #8690.
