[Statistics] Imaging Statistics- user has one project's primission can see all project in the dropdown menu #6675

Describe the bug
One user has one project primissions can see all project in the dropdown menu.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):

  1. Create a new user with one project permisson.
  2. Go to 'Statistics'
  3. Click on 'Imaging Statistics'
  4. Scroll down to 'All Projects'
    It will show all the projects.

Only display projects to which a user has access in the projects dropdown in statistics. 

    Resolves #6675
