This builds cuda on unstable.
ROCm took about 2hrs to build on nixos-unstable-small which has the fixes to rocmPackages https://nixpk.gs/pr-tracker.html?pr=370180
It built fully as but I don't have ability to test.
they now have
make dist_cuda, dist, and dist_rocm
