I don't think that we need a new label in GitHub for new license requests but it probably makes sense to consider one or more tags in DejaCode for licenses with AI/ML provisions.

The reason I think it is convenient to have is that it is easier to filter, in case you want to do a sprint or project for AI licenses or ignore them when focusing on pure software licenses.
