Expose
AuthorizationServersinOAuth2Configurationto close #10 andResourceUrlOverrideinMcpifyOptionsto close #11, both are needed to handle more real-life scenario's.Closes #10 and #11 .
Also introduces a working slnx and remove the sln file (no need to have sln, slnx is the successor).
