Maintenance + Sidebar button status indicators #213

Job page button will show you the colour of the Active job
Planning page button will show you whether you've enabled the plan or not
Dashboard page button will show you when you have upcoming events.
- Gray to indicate an event coming up within the next 30 minutes.
- Yellow to indicate an event within the next 10 minutes.
- Green to indicate an in progress event.
