Today performance refactor

Basically rebuilt the Today page.

• Removed secondary job ID selector as the sidebar selector deprecated this many versions ago
• Removed undocumented ability to create jobs from a task URL alone by simply pasting the URL into the field. This functionality will be restored and documented in a future release.
• Converted old tab interface to the new tabbed interface.
• Reduced initial load time significantly
• Added keyboard navigation shortcuts to move forward and backward in time (cmd+left/right arrow)
• Added help text explaining how to create records below the input box
