User Impact: Improves UI professionalism by fixing a minor spelling mistake in the Apps view descriptions.
Problem: The Apps view subtitle previously read "Apps build by goose itself" which used incorrect tense.
Solution: Changing "build" to "built" corrects the grammar error.
