Can you please update the PR description to describe the intent of the change? There do not appear to be any additional tools or capabilities in the changes, it looks more like a bugfix. |

Small, correct bug fix — normalizes StreamableHttp extension names through name_to_key() so they're consistent with how extensions are looked up everywhere else. LGTM.
