fix: dispatch edited queue messages

Summary

• dispatch queued messages through the latest parent callback after edits
• preserve the original queued content when an edit is cancelled
• add regressions for both Save and Cancel dispatch behavior

This restores the invariant that saving a queued-message edit sends the replacement content, not the stale pre-edit prompt captured by an earlier React render. It addresses the confirmed private audit finding project-loupe/audit-goose#690 without publishing exploit-specific content.

Validation

• Regression proof before the fix: the Save test sent the stale original prompt instead of the edited replacement
• pnpm run build-goose-sdk
• pnpm run typecheck
• pnpm test -- --run — 64 files and 599 tests passed
• ESLint on both changed files with zero warnings
• Prettier check on both changed files
• git diff --check

Limitations

This changes only delayed queue resumption after Save or Cancel. It does not alter queue ordering, message submission, or approval policy.
