The MessagesTimeline test "keeps the worked-for heading in place when expanded at the bottom" flakes on main: the click is intercepted by legend-list-content-container, which keeps pointer-events: none until LegendList reveals the list. It failed main CI run 41799745055 and skipped that release (REL-19).

This cherry-picks upstream's fix, fb8e6d8 (pingdotgg#30404). It's test-only: the test waits for the heading's pointer-events: auto instead of toBeVisible(). Applied cleanly. Locally it passed 3 of 3 runs (App saw it fail 4 of 4 on efbe7e6), vp run check:changed passed, and a fresh-context review passed.

The daily sync would bring it in anyway; this just stops it hitting every merge until then (REL-18).
